First tried it with threshold 30, then 50. Also tried with protection disabled first, then enabled. I mean, clearly something's wrong anyways, if the spell doesn't appear in my list? I'm not supposed to buy it, right?

 

EDIT: Oh, and i first tried just hitting the bandit with a sword, then later thought maybe i need to use a blunt attack, so got him under 50 with the sword, then kept bashing with my shield ..... to death (no knockdown).

I did not need to buy any spell.

It is in my spell list.

 

Previously, I have the knockdown activated.
Sometimes on a good day, the enemy gets on their knees and shouts I YIELD I YIELD
But Lydia will slaughter them as I did not have the knockdown protection.
I rather kill them first and bag their corpse.

 

As you can see, that annoying b1tch Imperial Captain who tried to execute me got killed and I abducted her corpse.
Now she is working in my Falkreath Home

It seems that for whatever reason, some mods in my setup require a save and reload for spells to be recognized. Just got that with "Limited Racemenu" (which is awesome!) too. So, i'll give Abduction another try tomorrow, to see if all the trouble was just from it needing 2 gameloads to fully initialize.

Works now! Sorry for all the nonsense - all that's needed was, after first running Abduction, i had to save and relead for everything  to initialize properly. Also yeah: I update my bashed patch and FNIS anims everytime i install a mod - it's basically become muscle memory.

 

FYI i wasn't saying Limited Racemenu caused it - rather, i just noticed the same behavior there (needs a save and reload). Limited Racemenu is not a replacement for racemenu, but an extension: It let's you change bodysettings ingame without resetting your char, and without creating a new characterslot in the save/load menus. Basically works just like the surgeon at the thieves guild, except without paying money.

Ah great, thanks for the tip, save and reload.
I will keep that in mind when I encounter any problems.

I am trying to figure that out as well. I have quick restrains turned off and I still do not get the clone kill to show up :(

Hey, windows 10 user here. It works just fine on it's own for me but once I add either the Unofficial skyrim Patch or SexLab (wether I add the Beta 7 or the light version or both) the knockdown function doesn't work anymore and  even in bleedout state nothing happens when I interact with npcs. It doesn't crash or cause any other problems to my noticing just thought I should report this if this helps fixing anything. Hope this hasn't been posted before.

State of vulnerability must be activated for that mob.

Quick Restrained must be off.

Knockdown must be enabled for combat.

Once they are vulnerable state, you will get clone kill option when you try to restrain them

 

When you sneak behind them and pickpocket them, you will get the restrain options

When an NPC is "bleeding out" or I am sneaking behind them unseen I don't get any abduction options when "activating" them, only to pickpocket while sneaking. The mod shows up in MCM and I have the correct settings and stuff.

 

Does anyone know what could possibly be causing it to not work?

The thing is, I have found some in-game jails and put my abducted npcs in there (on their knees, tied up). They can not open the jail (there is a wall switch that is far away from them). After a while however, they stand up and go about their businesses. They exit the jail somehow and walk away, or exit the cave. It depends on what they did before I capture them.

 

How can I stop this little bug from happening? I want my slaves imprisoned forever in those jails lol. Should I set the cave as "home" or something?

As far as I'm aware it's "compatible" with Defeat. If you're not using the quick action key (G) and you activate the NPC while crouching with the Abduction spell equipped you will have an array of options. However each mod has their own restraints. You can activate both but that get's a little buggy, I.e. having to reapply the restraints. The game won't break if you use them both but you might have to do things in a bit of a makeshift way to choose one or the other.

Hello!

 

I have an issue (or I'm just being stupid). When I use the bag option, the npc just vanishes. There's no bag to be seen, no option to activate the spell again or any other way to get the npc back/out of the bag. I feel like I'm missing something, but I just can't figure out how to get the bag function to work properly. On the abduction download page it says "There are also some extra options available through the Abduction spell" but...how do I get access to these?
