Land textures moving? (need help, probably the most annoying issue of all time)

First thing you should be posting is your load order so people can see what might be the cause. Maybe you have 2 mods that alter the landscape.

In enblocal.ini inside your Skyrim game installation location set fixparallaxterrain to false. Most people leave fixparallaxbugs to true so if yours is false then change it to true.

Note: there are two, fixparallaxterrain and fixparallaxbugs.

Also note, if you don't have an enblocal.INI then get one via ENBoost from the Nexus. It'll improve performance regardless. I can't tell if your game has an enb or not but the first video is kind of creepy to be honest.

113 71 MoreNastyCritters.esp That one is one master for other mods that you current have. So it must be before them.

 

It should look like this. Did you ignore that when you did make your Bashed Patch?
