Is this a standalone mod or is this just messing with NPCs? If it's with the NPCs is there a easy way to make it into a static object to make it into a standalone mod?

ESP just sets the model and replaces the charred skeever hide harvest with charred human flesh.

you can look here for messing with the NPCs use Amputator Framework.

For the furniture you'd need I take the display model.

Sadly I don't know where to find the nice equipable lantern.

Yes, Brrrrr Castration. They abandoned the mod, but laid the ground work. Can easily modify it to make the genitals either food, ingredients, or trophy, or all 3. However, doing a full castration or partial on a npc does not stay that way. The genitals come back after cell change. I personally don't know how to fix that, as it should not do it this. Dead npc's normally vanish before the genitals respawned back on the actor.

The concept in how brrrs castration mod works is simular if not the same as drinking a SOS Troll potion. I.E the affect is not permanent no matter how long of a duration you set in the creation kit. Well at least in my experience.

 

Namiras goat reborn has potential to do such things. IIRC, the male body mesh don't change as there is not many mods for for males, let alone a Dolcett style one.
