For a technical answer:

A bone/node controls animation of models. It can be used to increase part of a model as well, this is used for Pregnancy Mods: Bigger Node = Bigger belly

Works for Butts and Boobs as well.

yes i know it,maybe the wrong question.I don't understand the hype about it.I make a body model and a lot of people want it but only with a belly bone.

I cant understand why should my char be pregnant? It's in real life already a disaster

Do it however you want if anyone needs or wants a belly node or any other node for that matter they can do it themselves with either outfit studio or Gerra6's mesh rigger.
