Personally I've only made black and red hairs (for the "busty witch" mod). The blonde hair showed on "cupidoka" screenshots wasn't made by me, but I could try to make my own variation.

Since I've been asked for this, (and since I showed screenshots of some of my mods using recolored hairs), here's a Hair pack for Honoka. It includes 3 hair colors with 2 variations each one. I've made the black and red recolors some time ago, the blonde one is new.

However, when I swap Phase 4's hair with Honoka's hair, the height of Honoka's hair doesn't fit with the shape of their heads. 

 

Is there a way adjusting the height of hair mod to fit other characters' head?

Don't worry. Well, this happen often when you swap hair from characters of different height, except for some exceptions (like Helena's hair on Honoka).

You should try moving the entire hair mesh in blender, but using object mode with the whole mesh selected, don't use edit mode on this case, otherwise you'll need to move many tiny meshes separately.

I can't test this by myself right now, since I'm now just migrating to a new pc, and I haven't yet installed all this doa-related software.

Not a problem at all, you can post your modification (if you wanna do it, ofc),  You can also modify any of my other already released costumes, or even make some new ones using my nude mod as base, why not?.

I also want to make clear that if someone wants to modify any of my (few) edited costumes, don't be afraid on doing so. Just a little mention for the mesh edit will be enough
