Idea - Brothel Building Settlement (workshop) add-on

And by that I mean the whole Brothel.

Inside, outside, and workers.

Set it up like a Wood in the Settlement building workshop.

Sub Cat's would be.

Furniture - Chairs, beds, benches, tables, Bars, STRIPPER POLES, etc

Workers - Male, Female, Furry, Ghoul, etc

With multiple sub cat's inside the workers section for color, clean, dirty, etc (so you could build your brothel with the type of workers you want in it... strait, gay, bi, tri, etc).

 

Would need to make sure each of the furniture pieces are properly nav meshed for sex acts...

You want a lap dance area: setup the custom chairs.

Want a table dancing section... set up the custom table.

      Maybe have an animation where the dancers step up on a chair to get onto the table, or maybe have them crawl onto the table then stand up and start working.

 

Custom Beds for Normal sex, or BDSM stuff that would call for more extreme animations....

 

The ground work is already in the game with the ability to add new sections to the workstations building section (take a look as the homemaker mod and how it adds it new items).

 

The only problem would be how many add-on's the settlement building menu can have added to it (I know if you use Homemaker, and SSex settlement add-ons that you may end up not seeing everything the 2 mods have to offer as they add so many extra lists to the menu)....maybe that can be resolved with a F4SE plugin or something.

 

But yeah... A completely mod able brothel setup for the settlements could spice things up. Hell maybe set it up so that one or two settlements specialize in being a brothel only, while other settlements do things like food production, army training, and what not.

Wonderful idea.

 

Of course you are aware that we need to have a sex mod (like SexTec), that will require some animation framework (like AFFFF), and - before anything else - the Creation Kit (GE or not-GE).

Maybe we should do the workers a little different. We could have a mix of sexbots, willing prostitutes and sex slaves.

Sexbots- you could craft them but I like the idea of disabling one in the wild, bringing it back and using the crafting system to modify it all kinds of different ways.

Willing prostitutes could be attracted through the radio along with the customers.

Sex slaves could use whatever defeated framework gets made, when it gets made.

 

But I really like the idea of getting everything together in one place for settlements focused on a particular vice. Lots of special crafting options and NPC roles. This is where we can bring the variety in. Have a crafting table for dungeon furniture, one for toys, one for clothing/harnesses/restraint, one for aphrodisiacs, one for robot modifications. What am I missing?

 

Instead of merchant stands the furniture would serve the same roll, set a NPC to operate the stripper pole or rack and the PC can then purchase the service. Well other customer NPC's would be the ones paying or maybe pay at the door and just make it the way to interact with the environment

 

I want a similar thing for drug production settlement as well as one for drug use. We can even break your idea into two different settlements. One for building/modifying the sexbot as well as training the slaves  then one where the customers go that's all pretty so the customers don't see the dark side of it.

I think we're going to see multiple brothel/stripclub etc type mods once the kits/tools are out.

 

I have my own ideas as well. never thought of doing it as a workshop mod though. I like the concept though.

Lots of flexibility in it, and can be used for other mods as well. (read quests to get things to add/unlock in the shop.

As in find old porn mags for more building things (redone picket fences for example) , extras the workers can do, etc.

Just imagine the Sex Worker possibilities of a specially programmed Synth?  I can see the Railroad and the Institute being displeased. ;)

 

My heart bleeds for them.  NOT!

 

Then again, makes for a good cover for an escaping synth. I mean those prim eggheads in the Institute probably wouldn't

think of a brothel.  (ok, the engineering an IT types would, but they'd just join the fun and not tell. hmm, come to think of it,

they'd probably help with some of the programming.  Side quest for the Institute.   Anyone who went to Comdex back in the day,

knows how busy the strip clubs were once the show ended for the day.)   :)

Yeah I know Sextec and animations need to be created first.

I just thought that Brothel Building via the Workshop would be a neat idea.

It would also need to have each item properly nav meshed so the npc's would actually use them.

 

Lots of stuff needs to happen before this could even be created... but the idea is sound.

Why not just brothel related items and furnitures instead?

 

Exactly how you assign settlers to gather crops just assign them to a bed, restraints, strip pole, dance platform or cage. Then you can make your vegas style brothel anywhere.

Agreed, i saw a thread a while ago of a guy making 3D assets for this kind of concept. (Thread may be dead though :/ )

Turning a settlement into a business generating caps? Interesting idea. Need a way to manipulate the settlers to be all female (lingerie equippable) and to have punters coming (pun intended) and going.

 

I feel this is more a request for a better system of assigning and customising settlers for roles, along with the inevitable prostitution mods that'll rock in when the geck gets released. Any news on when that'll be anyway?

Not practically, it begs, screams and moans for one!

 

of course, gonna have to tweak the shape of the "rocket" a bit.     heh-heh.

 

There are red rockets all over, so can have a chain of them.   :)

 

oh yes, that's soo going to happen.

The tiny garage doesn't make for very good space for deed-doing and performances, and there isn't much space for building placement either :(

 

Which has me thinking, NPC navigation around player built settlements can be quite a handful in the vanilla game, might need some post-GECK improvements on that aspect before we can run a proper brothel where the visitors and inhabitants know how to properly get in through the wide open door

Would love brothels,sex-slaves,synth f*ck-nuggets,mutant amazon hybrids and human+creature hybrids of everything.

 

Also thought that renaming "Home Plate" to "Home Run" would be a good brothel name and location.

Already alot of people and it's protected.

Since it's in its own cell could just add in something like an "Open" or "Closed" sign,when it says open they will spawn/teleport there for a bit of stress relief.

(^not 100% sure if that is alot easier or simpler. Just ramblings of a friend and her 5 minute opinion.)

 

Just gotta wait till Bethesda finally releases the new creation kit.

The red rocket outside sanctuary is a decent sized area.  Can build up of course, several levels.

 

Will need the CK to tidy things up and put in proper stairwells, expand the building itself. The 'garage' aspect will get a makeover,

just the base name and concept would stay.  Y'all can guess what the rocket will be tweaked to look like.

 

there is even a nice billboard just off to the side, and you can get lights to it right now.

 

After I finish this run through, I may just start a new game and build up what it could be turned into and post the savegame.

Just for the concepts.  (bar here, dance platforms here, VIP section there, private VIP,  and then pointers for the 'extras'

for those with 'discerning tastes'  chuckle.

 

yeah, sounds like a plan.

 

Mind you, sanctuary itself could host a brothel or three. all those houses... 

Starlight Drive-In has tons of room.

 

I still want to take over one of the schools though. (particularly the one that turns out to be a vault. Can have lotsa fun

with that layout)

 

So many ideas, so little time.  sigh.

Reminds me of Desele's House of Earthly Delights, a Morrowind tavern in Suran offering special entertainment, the good one that is. Back then in 2002 I was thirteen and worked there as chocolate B-girl from beyond the Inner Sea for months. I needed the money for my expeditions into the unknown, I believe. At least I tell me that today.

I figure that the area where the gaspumps are would make an awesome bar and stage area at about any Red Rocket. Just remove the gaspumps and those hoses hanging from the roof (or *ahem* repurpose *cough* them). Add a nice wall around the edge of the roof (glass would be nice, but black with some lasershow patterns would work too), and change the rooms at the cashout area into "workrooms".

 

If someone is good at modelling, then he or she could probably already turn the Red Rockets into something like that. After that, it'd mostly be a matter of waiting for SexTec, and plug its features into the Red Rockets.

The DLC strikes me as a tutorial for modding. Think about what is in Automatron. A few quests, a new workshop, some schematics, new 'faction', some new weaps, armor, and a new settlement that was put in an existing location.

 

I know I'm going to take a look at it with GECK and use it as a starting point for ideas. (basically a framework)
