You can easily do that yourself with this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?BUT you may want to Google search some tutorials...

If you don't feel too lazy I suggest you get it and learn it (it's not that hard)

For now I can only do the conversion of Stella because Karen armor not let it slide. Believe me, not worth making much effort, if the armor is not sliding. If Adenz, help me with this part do the conversion. I could do that but I can not edit it with Creation Kit. The program gives error every time I open the file Adenz.
