Outdated Papyrusutil Message Even With Papyrusutil 2.2?

 I was getting an error,"missing or corrupted Papyrus Utility..." It took me awhile but I found that the issue was having SOS below SL-Framework causes this. I had re-installed PapUtil, skse, sl-framework trying to fix it but the LO was the issue. Seeing if I can get my game working again. I've trimmed back to 230 active plugins.

 I think that when I set the LO priority so that sl-framework has a higher number and priority than SOS that fixes the pap util error than this creates a LO issue that crashes the game when loading the game (after the menu, a new game). That is the issue that's got me caught. I can probably start the game but I'll have a sl-framework error saying pap util isn't installed and sexlab probably won't work.

 My solution was to remove schlongs of skyrim because I couldn't find another way around this catch-22 conflict. Game won't run without sos writing over sexlab-framework but then gives a missing pap util error. So, I still have equipable schlong and several sos related mods but took out the main SOS and the others don't seem dependent on it and as far as I can tell, work. I also added the Better follower faction esp's that I had disabled lastly trying everything. Originally, I had unchecked them in the LO because Wrye bash kept saying the faction pack was "corrupted or unknow". And even though my game was working for a bit it still seems like I can't load the new saved games I make from a fresh game.

I've had to go back to no plugins enabled to see the game work reliably. I guess I should build up slower next time. I seemed to get more reliable performance from NMM though I like MO's features.

I have just Installed Skyrim to a New X51 R2 and after Installing All my Mods,including SexLab Framework v159b,I had the same Problem which others are having,regarding the Message "Outdated or Missing PapyrusUtil SKSE Plug in Detected..SexLab Currently Requires PapyrusUtil v2.7 or Newer in Order to Function..Install the Proper Version along with SKSE and that the File StorageUtil.dll is Located in /Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/folder"..I have to Admit that All this Means Absolutely Nothing to Me and I don't Understand a Word of it,as long as my Mods are Working,then I am Happy..However I tried Uninstalling (Through NMM) the Sexlab Framework v159b and Reverting Back to Version 159 (Without the b,of Course) and was Very Pleased to find that the Above Message about PapyrusUtil has now Vanished and Skyrim Plays Absolutely Fine..I May be Wrong,but I would Assume that the Problem Lies in Version 1.59b of SexLab Framework..Hope this Helps Others with this Problem....P.S.Have just Connected my X51 to a UHD 4K TV and the Picture is Superb....

Sorry for my bad English. This is very likely a load order problem. You might want to try loading SL after SOS.

 

I got it fixed without having to reinstall everything. I'm not sure if there is any other mod which might cause this but for me it was SOS. For some reasons, MO told me there was a problem with load order and it suggested me to move SOS AFTER SL. This is really weird because I have the latest version of SL and SOS and they had been running perfectly fine until that point without any load order problem so MO should not have told me that there is any. And that was right before the PapyrusUtil error message started to appear too.

 

I tried uninstalling SOS and re-installed it and MO gave me another load order warning and this time told me to move SL AFTER SOS (MO needs to make up its mind). Anyway, I did follow the warning and the error message no longer showed up when I start the game. All of my SL record also returned.

For me, personally, the easiest solution was to just overwrite SOS's StorageUtil.dll with a copy of SexLabs'. Everything started working, didn't need to run FNIS, and all my settings were just as I left them.

Everyone keeps mentioning schlongs of skyrim but I don't even have that mod and all of a sudden I have this issue too.

Schlongs is not the Problem,  maybe Campfire could be the problem because replaces StorageUtil.dll file, but even reinstaling SKSE 1_07_03, Papyrus 3.2 and using the last StorageUtil.dll the bug is still there
