this mod is a simple replacer or does it affect things from the sexlab framework other than just sounds? like the timings or something like that?

I'm asking cuz I tried replacing the sounds from sexlab mod sound file and the sounds are still too far apart like when I first installed this mod and the orgasm effects are still not the sexlab framework ones Oo

 

did I do something wrong? or is there some files I have to delete manually from this mod to restore everything back to sexlab settings?

It's just a simple sound replacer, you didn't do anything wrong. All it does is overwrite the sound files you already had with more intense versions. Sadly, even with a few tweaks thanks to Skooma and his thread library, I am still having the same sound timing issues with Sexlab above 1.35. So I reverted back. 1.35 is awesome, and everything's perfect, but for some reason, 1.39 messes up the timings. I'm sure Ashal had a good reason for changing his mod and it's above my head. Maybe it'll start working again in later releases.

 

I'm just a dedicated sfx provider :3

Is Sunspotz altered script still **needed** with SL 1.39b?

 

That source script I compiled was from 1.38 I think... I wouldn't recommend messing with that script if you have a version lower or higher than that. I'd have to check things out for that, but I'm busy tweaking both of my mods right now. I always tweak those settings so I might upload another compiled file for 1.39b which would be really easy to do.

 

If you do use the script don't alter the settings! They are set to change sounds immediately after every sound finishes, on my end it's working perfectly. So if you guys want it I'll re-upload it later.

Yeah, I updated to 1.39b and I'm struggling with my lack of awesome sound effects. Waiting 4 seconds between them is just... not so awesome as it could be. Maybe it will go back to the way it was with the next release. But doesn't anybody else think there needs to be like 3 seconds less time between each sexy sound effect? I'm saving my sexlab 1.35, gonna have it minted :D it wuz purfecx

*Update*

 

Just uploaded a fix for the 1.39 version of Sexlab. It'll have all the sounds you need, but is extremely temporary. I'm sure the bugs in 1.39 will be addressed later, so there won't be a need for SSU 139 when a newer version of SL is out, unless, you just like the sound effects. And I think you will. *troll face*

 

Just use my original sexlab sounds unleashed in the future, if the missing female moaning in sexlab 1.39 gets fixed in a future release. From what I hear, the male moaning still works, but the female is gone for some people.

What would REALLY put a smile on my face is if Ashal or someone with equal skill would make creature voice options the same way there are humanoid male and female options. That way I could extract sound effects for werewolves, spiders and such directly from the game and insert them for authenticity!

 

 

Good work so far! You and me both hope that Sexlab (or a modder) comes up with support for the creature voices!

Absolutely - Some of the sounds I used were created by mixing together other people's work on loverslab, so I can't really claim any ownership of them. What I did do, however, was add in several enhancements, like the squirting and gushing action combined with hot moans and such.

 

Use em however you want. It just breaks the immersion for me when I see action on screen and there's nothing but silence. I had to make a way to keep continuous sound throughout, and overwriting male voices was the only way. I'm more of a creature fan anyway :D

 

What would REALLY put a smile on my face is if Ashal or someone with equal skill would make creature voice options the same way there are humanoid male and female options. Just want to say I applaud your mod. When you say "creature voice options" do you mean adding, for instance, Falmer wheezing sounds during rape, or DRAUGR LAUGHTER during rape? 

 

I really was interested in finding the Draugr Laughter clip in one of the Bethesda .bsa files but could not. I even posted about this some time ago.

 

I'd even go as far as to say I'd be interested in helping you with that mod, although I'm not familiar with the SL Voice api yet.

I already have every sound effect for every monster in the game, ripped and extracted directly from the game, so I could give you anything you wanted. But I was worried about copyright stuff? I could post it all here for you guys if that's okay? I might have to break up the zips because there's a lot of sounds, but I got em all baby! Now I just need a folder to put them in XD in SExLaB

Yeah, I'm also worrried about copyright issues, as I have ripped sounds from games & movies for my own purposes, but if I manage jto make a mod out of them (or release just the sound clips after Sexlab framework makes it easier to use them that way), it would be against community rules and common sense.

 

I think one way to circumvent this is to provide a link to a ripping tool and just share a script like .bat file that tells the application from what, where and how to extract the audio. It's doable for video files, but for some games ripping tools don't exist as they use their own proprietary method of packing/encrypting the data files. In worst case scenario when there's no tool available to do that in one run, you would share instructions to users on how to do the first part of the job themselves and then they would finish the job (like slicing the audio based on time signatures) with an script-run application but that's a major inconvenience.

Not sure what installing with MO means because I always do manual installs and that's how the mod is setup. In order to make this work, all you need to do is copy and paste the sound files into the corresponding directories in your sexlab sound folder. It's a replacement mod, so be sure to back up your old files for safekeeping. I have about 12 different versions because I like to tinker with things. The main thing is that sexlab prior to 1.39b didn't have a whole lot of splatty sexual sounds during the animations, and this mod is a remedy for that. Unfortunately 1.39b seems to remove almost all of the male and female moaning, so that's what the 1.39 fix mod is for until the next version of SL is released. I hope the male and female moaning returns.

Man I don't know what went through my mind but I was so tired and destroyed by too much smoking this afternoon that I opened all the files and started listening to them one by one. In the middle of my college library. 

 

You might be pleased to know your sounds have gotten the approval of two ancient history teachers, one librarian, five psychology students and one stupid moron (me), plus all of their "Johnsons". There goes my reputation.

I rearranged the zip to be usable with NMM. Question, I assume I put the optional epic cum sounds in the orgasm file?

 

 

Could you tell me, how you must rerrange it? I tried it too, cause i really prefer installing mods trough nmm and not manual, but somehow it doesn't work for me

I know the topic is a bit aged by now but I just wanted to give you the one solution for this to work with MO.

 

I opened both this mod and the SexLab framework in the explorer, deleted all sound files from the framework and replaced them with the SSU files. Of course, they will be overwritten whenever the framework gets updated but until then, it works.

I know its been a while since the last update, but i really like this mod and would love to suggest an edit!

I noticed on the sound files that they have a lot of continuously playing sounds per file, also with voices and such. Could we get a file where each of the slops and slaps is its own independent file? Not only does this make the sounds play for a solid 4-5 seconds after a scene. But also is way to much when scenes have 3+ actors in them. Would love to see an edit!
