Paradox_of_Theseus Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Hey All! As the title says, I am looking for a mod with a good Cloak that I can use. I have Cloaks of Skyrim and the mod to give those cloaks physics, but the best cloak I have found was actually a part of another mod. The Twilight Princess armor mashup (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/71182) actually has my favorite Cloak, but the only problem is that its a short cloak that only comes down to the butt. I would love one that functions like that one, but is floor length (and of course has physics). Any suggestions on either a Cloak Mod or a Clothing/Armor mod that includes a good cloak with physics?
traison Posted July 14 Posted July 14 The issue with all cloak mods that I've seen so far is that their physics break really easily. What usually ends up happening is the cloak bends inwards and gets stuck in the belly of the player character. I'd like to use them myself for a sneaky character but I have to "smp reset" so often that it breaks immersion. I have a customized physics setup so I'm not in a position to complain, but everything else works fine. The shorter capes do not have this issue; very long hair is fine too. I personally suspect there's not enough collision spheres on the capes, but I haven't looked into it tbh. 1

That is actually one I have and I find the physics to be a bit stiff on the cloaks. They are great for NPC's, but don't look great on my PC unfortunately.

That makes sense, and that is probably why that short cloak on the Twilight Princess armor animates so well.
