Add a little passage during the introduction where you receive a little care package from the city.  

I found pill to be very expensive at the beginning of a new playthrough.

 

Since you just moved in Summer City and Aphrodite being a generous goddess, why not have a nice gift from her

 

You start now a new game with Basic/X-Tend/Resistance and maybe a Bimbo pill.

Play the full intro again to have some in-game context.
