Battlefuck problem.

Alright so im 97% sure people who installed the mod have met the same problem as me. The thing is...whenever the npc tries to push the player down: '...(NPC name) tries to pish (player name) down!" 90% of the times it happens the player just breaks away and npc falls down in T-pose on the ground. Cant attack no more or anything else besides talking. And if it does work...at some point the player also breaks away EVEN if the chance of breaking from the grasp are 0%...it just breaks.
Im guessing...its a problem with animation? my guess that it needs...some kind of pushing down animation mod or something? If somebody has figured out how to fix it..please share your thoughts
