i know for sure that msexbase.esm needs to be above msexTopsOffice.esm other than that not seeing anything out of place. If that doesn't work go back through and check all your mods make sure you have all the requirements for each.

FNVEdit by ElminsterAU http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703/? Easiest and fastest way to find out if you have something screwed up in your load order is to download FNVedit. Unzip it and run the .exe that is in it. It will load everything up that you have turned on in your game if and when it hits a error in your load order it will stop read why it stopped in the bottom right hand area fix it. Then close FNVedit and repeat running it until it is able to load up completely without hitting any errors then try launching the game again.

 

If that doesn't work you might have a mod conflict or something.

Reading down the list of each mod in FOMM as you highlight them will show what each mod requires, this may help you get an idea of which mods need to load before others, myuhinny's suggestion for using FNVEdit is also a very good idea. FNVEdit is probably the best tool for conflict resolution and sorting out load order problems, but can be quite difficult to learn it's functions when working with it for the first time. Miax wrote a pretty good tutorial on the basic functions and how to run a "conflict filter". This took me quite a while just to learn how to do it, but well worth the effort. Now I just wish someone would write a much more detailed one on all the other possible options that can be checked with that wondrous tool for even more precise work.

Return to nexus and read readmes of each mod again.

You are correct. I believe there was a patch for wsexInnuendo however not one for Animated Prostitution. The animations are said to conflict.
