Estimable Posted May 14 Posted May 14 Hi. I once made my character a Halloween costume. After a while, my Sim acquired some tattoos on his body, but there's one problem: they don't transfer to the Halloween costume. Is there any way to fix this? For example, to reset the Halloween costume? I can change the outfit in nraas, but the tattoos don't transfer.

Are the tattoos done through a tattoo artist at the salon, or are they accessory tattoos? Tattoos done through the tattoo artist/tattoo skill/salon should be there regardless of what outfit the sim has. These can also be done in CAS, but using the tattoo panel. (https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/File:TS3_Tattoos_CAS.png) If they are done with accessory CAS items, I don't know of a way to copy them between outfits. If the issue is that you spent a lot of time customizing the colors, then you can save the item as a preset. You would need to add each item to your Halloween outfit individually, but saved as presets, they should have all the custom colors you selected. Edited May 15 by FreakyRufus 1

All I had to do was edit the character in CAS. If I had tattoos done at a tattoo parlor or at home using a machine, it wouldn't transfer to the Sim's Halloween costume. Editing in CAS immediately helped! ❤️ 1

That is weird that the tattoos didn't transfer to the costumes. I don't recall ever noticing that before.
