Modlist - Need Independent Input

[w234aew]

Been doing mainly debugging/playtesting of FMR-IE along with other mods, but I'm worried that my personal modlist is not what it used to be.

I've built it up over quite some years, it still works but I have two main problems:

 

1. Bugs/cracks are beginning to show (occasional CTD and flickering textures, which didn't start occuring until reatively recent, like within ~2 months).

2. Combat behavior - I don't know what it is I'm dealing with, but for some reason even though NPCs move at a normal speed during combat, my character automatically slows to below walking pace (like being struck with ice spike speed). - been this way for >1 year. It happens as soon as NPCs get aggro'd, and closing the distance requires just overriding the combat mod behavior behavior by forcing sprint (like I'm fighting the combat movement logic of MCO?)

 

I think just removing a recent, large mod that I've been testing will fix #1 (didn't have CTD nor flickering texture before installing it), but I've been dealing with #2 for over 1 year of on/off occasional playing.

 

I get a feeling that it's probably a set of combat mods conflicting with each other (switched from Valhalla to MCO patched a while back, maybe I didn't remove everything? I think at 1 point I had one extra keybind mod, but I thought I got rid of it?) or it's a combat mod suite that got superceded and needs replacement?

 

Maybe I just don't really like MCO-style combat?
