True Nude Possible??

Just wondering if one, of the modders out there, could explain the "nude clothes" vs "true nude" (able to wear armor/clothing over the nude body), to me.  I understand that the nude clothes were an effort savings measure, for characters that were never meant to be nude, but the bodies are obviously available, as they're used for PCs.

 

Is true nude impossible, for some reason, or just much more difficult?  I haven't found a single mod that allows me to convert a nude clothes, to true nude.

 

Many nude mods don't make in-game since.  Eventually, you would want to dress them!
