Levitating sex?

I'm experiencing an issue with character misalignment during animations- specifically my character being about a foot off the ground during any sex scene. What is peculiar is that I am currently at level 70 in my playthrough, but was fine for the first 50 levels before it happened, so it seems to be a degradation issue. 

 

Does this sound familiar to anyone, and do you know of a fix? 

 

Mods that I use:

- All required mods from TFM (patches included: UAP only)

- 4 Animation packs listed in TFM

- Discrete Female Skeleton (suspecting this may be the culprit, as I'm using a CBBE body and this was a later install due to constant crashing)

- Sex Attributes

- Commonwealth Captives+NPC patch

- Sexual Harassment 

- MSWL

  * Ellen, Heather and Ivy patches

If you have the FO4 high heels that may be the mod causing the levitation. I ended up taking the HHs off my character and using boots (I rationalize she is a goth type badass

I do run with HHS- thanks for the tip! I'll see if that makes a difference.
