Interestingly, opening the Baby Photo Album, then closing it (Baby Album Mod) restores the icon, but the description will always be "Pill: X-Change Basic", even if an another collar is equipped. This maybe helps.

Ah I'm with you, I believe thats an issue with how the game does rendering updates for the navbar, I'll see what I can do to fix it

I think Shuffle choker does not work as intended. I mean, it changes the ID of the player character, but not the gender. Based on the challenge description, it should change the male character to a random female. Now it change it to a random male (where I also see functionality, but I think this was not the intended result).

Either you're not using the correct version of X-Change Life or there is a mod conflict somewhere, as I've checked this multiple times and audited the equip flow for the choker and it always tuns the player female and randomises the DNA
