Which in this case is entirely speculative, the involvement of a censor is a perfectly decent guess, but it is only a guess, there are other perfectly decent guesses which do not involve one. Even as simple as "sometimes people change their minds or have new ideas during the course of a project". It's also entirely unnecessary, "people want to play the game without the void" is a perfectly good reason to mod it out, there's no reason to try to make it into some sort of moral crusade.

Minor edits to the panties.
Added shading around the buttocks and some seam details.
It doesn't make much difference during actual gameplay, though...

Ryouko has a outfit that you unlock after the 2nd to last boss that removes the coat around her waist.

出撃前のパンティのテクスチャーは、ボディに直接描かれていた・・・

一応、このパンティにも対応しました。

また、RyoukoとAkemiのパンティのファイルを分けていましたが、１つのファイルにまとめました；
※前のファイルは削除してから導入して下さい。

 

The pre-deployment panty texture was painted directly onto the body...
I've added support for this panty as well.
Also, Ryouko's and Akemi's panty textures were previously stored in separate files, but I've now combined them into a single file.
