what happened to the "sucking tits" context category?

As title says, the "sucking tits" category has disappeared from the context menu and I'm unhappy about it because I used it all the time.

 

Is there a fix for this?

it somehow got turned off in the context selection in the menu, likely after an update.  I hadn't gone through the new features yet.
