Problem with BBLS and Tundra House

I'm running SAE .1170, "Toys" and "Sex Lab" mods. I also have a number of player homes installed. 1 is the BBLS, I also have "Whiterun Capitol Expansion" installed, it's the version that allows for other buildings in the area, allegedly. The BBLS mod has a corral with a cow and a workshop in the same location, that's a big problem. The Tundra House is so close to the Luxury Suite Residence that it is overlapping and creating some furniture issues inside the Tundra House and the Luxury Suite Residence. The front steps for the Tundra House are missing now, my character has to jump onto the porch to get in the door.

 

The reason I'm posting this here is,

1. In the past sounding off to the authors gets no response at all!

2. To find out if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

3. To find out if there is a fix out there somewhere... hopefully.

 

Could use some assistance here, other than this my game is running GREAT so far! My first successful build, I'd like to keep it going without creating crashes, if possible. I LOVE the "Toys" mods!!! Here's a pic of the front steps missing.

I found a patch on Nexus, I'm giving it a go!
