ADXP-MCO For Honor Charge attack bug

For honor movesets has “move backward and power attack to charge attack” but mine just rarely work. Most of the time it start the looping charge animation for a fraction of time before return back to idle animation, something like the gifs below, and it also doesn't work for "Hogwarts in Skyrim" too. I've installed and change everything need to be done in order for the mod to work in the mod page but it still broken. I also notice that if I slow the time speed (using the command sgtm 0.1) it somehow worked.
