Well, as it says, most likely; your game updated, your mods didn't.

 

Last time I had this issue was a while back, you can try if the fix I used still works: 

Download that SOS PapyrusUtil version 3 Beta and see if it still works

Other than running Fnis, no clue... sorry
Other "fix" I can think of is somehow downgrading your game

i was found a bugs! but some how i found an new more... yeah...
