Replaces City (and some other) Banners with new ones. The Mod is inspired by PyGee333's Porny Banners, check that out too if you're not into Futas. 

 

Most Banners are Futa themed, some Femboy.

I didn't really like how the whiterun and winterhold ones turned out so i replaced them in v 1.0.1

I'm personally using GIMP but anything that can load .dds files works

Not sure what Fuji is, i suppose you mean Futanari and no i won't make a version i wouldn't use myself. Check out PyGee333's Porny Banners. The link is in the mod description too.
