Please help me I need advice on a couple things.

Do mods disable achievements? If no, what are the absolute must mods to make my playthrough the best?

2: how to get fusion cores, I have 3 sets but 1 core at 35/100..

What mods are you asking about workshop mods or regular mods ?, as far as i remember workshop mods do disable achievments but regural mods such as the ones you get here and on nexus do not

You can get fusion cores from fusion core powered generators which are in various interior locations, or you can buy them from vendors/ find them in some containers.
