WW just...not showing up??

I've been trying to download ww since I'm getting back into ts4, but no matter what I do it won't show up in the game in any case. It's not in my list of mods and it doesn't give me a welcome window. I've removed or disabled my mods, deleted and redownloaded it, downloaded it from wicked cc rather than itch like usual, but it doesn't turn on. I've also repaired my game with and without mods. 

 

It's only ever one file deep, sometimes no files deep. No mod error checkers are finding an issue with the mod, but I have a sneaking suspicion that's because the files can't be found in the game for some reason. Every other mod (that doesn't depend on ww ((I have some animations and meshes))) works fine besides some texture issues that don't bother me. Nothing game breaking at all and yet ww just won't work.

 

Do i soak it in rice?? help... >.>

This is an odd one! The only thing I can think of is to ask if you have a cloud program like OneDrive that backs up your files? I know in the past people have had issues with older mod setups basically replacing/overriding newer ones because of cloud backups, though I'm not well versed on how any of that works personally. I will also say I've never downloaded WW from itch or Wicked CC, just from LL, so I might try that if I were in your shoes, though I don't see how it would make a difference. And I assume it is, but I might as well ask... is your game fully updated as well?

Fully updated and script mods enabled...I tried the LL download, but still no show. I actually didn't even have onedrive on my pc while I was trying everything. I think for now I'll just test out wonderful whims to see if my game just doesn't like wicked or if something about the mods aren't compatible with stuff I have
