How to unsubscribe from patreon tracking ?

The deadline has passed and I have patreon still on my list still watching them. I need to delete them all from my patreon. What button and where ?

if a person has access to free content and you have followed them and you want to unfollow them now, as in the case of Instagram, Facebook, etc. Unfortunately, Patreon does not have such a function... the only solution is probably to block and unblock the person and then you will no longer be a follower of that person's profile . This is incorrect. If you're following someone for free on Patreon, you can unfollow them by going to their page, hitting the membership tab, and then at the top right of the box that says "free", there's a pencil icon. Selecting that gives you an option to cancel your membership.
