im looking to cheat promotion to max anyway to do this?

I don't know if you can cheat the AWE career directly, but you can cheat the requirements under the Job Tab.

 

Example, if it says you need to raise your Acting skill, or your Charisma, you can cheat those with MCCC or from the console, which will make the career progression much faster.
