Can I safely remove a mod master from an esm for load order purposes without breaking everything?

So I have OSL Aroused installed, the damn MCM will NOT show up and my research leads me to believe that its the fault of my load order (ive tried other things first). HOWEVER, very frustratingly, the master file requirements will NOT allow me to put it lower down on my load order. So i want to know if i remove the mod from the master list of these blockages, will it break anything from 

1. Not having the mod listed as a master

2. Forcing it to be lower down on the load order

 

I will also accept suggestions regarding potential reasons the MCM menu isn't appearing, as my moderate testing was not conclusive

 

 

P.S. Please understand that while the esm in the image that im talking about needing to move down is SLA, it is a result of the OSL mod, and the osl mod and its plugin (besides this one) are at the VERY BOTTOM of my load order

Leave in but delete everything in the mod via xedit and a what is in folders.

Just make an empty plugin.

 

Make a backup of the mod, like in MO create back. So you are on the save side and can test it.

Do not try to remove the parent esp or make it lower than the required mod. It will make the required mod entirely broken.

If the MCM is not showing up, it might be your Papyrus stack is working like shit, or some other mods break its script.

 

For the first case: Try to use Papyrus Tweaks NG at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community and set iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes higher (around 500k)

 

For the second case, Try to find the culprit (usually the patches or mods overwrite or relate to the mod) and remove it (you can't fix it unless you know how to code).

 

For example, in my case before, the Devious Device never showed MCM in my 1.5.97 version, and the culprit is the Devious Device NG (an older version). So, removing the Devious Device NG will make Devious Device MCM show back.

A very possible case of my papyrus being shit, however I've installed those tweaks and also added stuff to my Skyrim in so that seems unlikely to be the culprit.

 

I happen to have that exact mod downloaded... I'll try and start a new game this time without dd, I'll update when I do

Empty esm is uninstall and does not mess up lo.

No.. I never said anything about uninstalling, I meant the question I asked. It was a question for finding a solution to getting sexlabaroused.esm below the things that list it as a master...

 

Either way thanks to duy123a for actually trying to help answer the question I asked, it wasn't dd as I thought, but some odd issue of me not having the oaroused plugin enabled and below the oslaroused plugin. (Despite the mod explicitly stating that you can disable it if you're not using any oaroused required mods) So yeah I got it working, thanks for the help!
