[sEARCH] Customizable pregnancy debuffs à la disparity for LE

So I finally made a switch to SE not long ago... and I am looking for something to replace Sexlab Disparity with in terms of adding new debuffs to pregnancy, I just used it to read the belly node and then scale various skill debuffs (and a chance to get disarmed). From my understanding reading Sexlab Disparity SE conversion do not work with everything, and also specifically SLIF. Any other way I could achieve similar results? I want pregnancy to be a soft defeat state player is trying to avoid, I know fixes and ferility+ add some but those are very tame. I can edit some stuff in xedit but I never could find specific pregnancy effects where I would apply stuff to it, also I would be kinda scared of just adding debuffs with no mechanic to reverse it in case it stays permanently there due to bug.
