any mods that put the player character into slavery and being raped etc like we can do to npc in carn?

As slaves can only do (debuffed) schemes, you would be cutting off half of the gameplay. However, you could switch to a different ruler and enslave your character, then conduct whatever nefarious business needs to be done. You can play as the new ruler, sell your character to other rulers, or land your slave again and switch back. I don't know of any mod that lets you play as unlanded or control their schemes.

How do you let a slave own land without freeing them? The moment my OC get enslaved she can no longer be selected as a player character.

Closest you could find is the deviant's mask mod.

There is an entire blackmail questline that you can get by I think becoming a prostitute or a courtesan (can't remember which one) that involve you getting addicted to a drug. Don't take it often enough and you can get a stacking 60 opinion penalty from people in your realm. The only ways to get the drug are to either buy it or to serve clients. Note that your character will become worse and worse when taking that drug,
