Vault Safety Poster Question. What's causing this issue?

I'm not a pro with image editing software so I feel like the solution is really simple but I have a question about my attempt to replace the Vault Safety Posters.

EDIT: Okay, forget all the other stuff I said. I actually removed the mod and looked at the vanilla Vault Workshop posters on their own and they have the same issue. I'm not sure if this is a vanilla issue or if it's caused by a mod I'm using because I previously never used the posters I only saw them in 111 and I've come back to the game after years so I REALLY cant remember this being an issue with the posters before.

 

TLDR: The Vanilla Posters have this issue but what could be causing this bar on the side... is it just because the posters are not flush against the wall?

 

As you can see from the first image the posters have a weird texture on the sides but the thing is that the damaged versions of the posters don't have this problem. I can't think of what I did different between the 2 of them (Besides adding a Dingy Overlay) that would make the Undamaged Version mess up but the Damaged Version fine.

But they also have different backs when you flip them around. The Undamaged Version seems to be copying part of the texture from the center of the left top of the 1st set of signs but that doesn't make sense since the original vault poster had an image there as well. I know I must have done something wrong but I can't think of what since I didn't mess with the nifs or anything. I literally just replaced the textures. The posters in vault 111 seem fine (Other than a weird lighting thing going on) But this could be because they're flush against the wall so I can't see the Texture bar on the side, idk.
