Sims 4 - Hyper balls request

Hello,

 

I have a bit of an odd request. I'm looking to give my male sims huge ball sacs (like basketball size). The dick size should be normal or slightly bigger. I'd really love to create this myself but I'm completely new to the 3d modeling world and don't have the skills yet. Does anyone know if I can modify an existing mod? I've also been thinking about possibly commissioning a creator since I know this is something very unique.

I can create that for you If you like.     If you are okay with the default peen from WW I can go from there.   Or is there a certain mod you would like changed?
