Need Help fixing lighting issue ?

It seems like some of the light in my game is very 'transparent' ? is this because of ENB setting ? Anyone know how to fix ?
I'm using Cabbage ENB and NAT 3 weather. 

 

Ex: Meridia

Disabling ENB through the in-game menu is so quick you could have done it in the time it took to write that sentence.

I am not gonna lie, I install most things by youtube tutorials, so I don't know shit lmao. Thanks for the idea.
