Custom species mod [help needed]

I have recently returned to playing stellaris after 2 years away.

I created a custom mod some time ago which was working when I last played 2 years ago, but it is no longer working, triggering a game crash.

I cannot find the issue and am desperately hoping someone here can assist in finding and fixing the issue.

The mod itself is a simple DDS species mod.

If anyone is able to help and fix the issues, would be much appreciated.
