In most cases you don't need to fix them. AAF uses one of those "duplicates". Last one, based on the priority attribute defined in XML file.

I decided to display duplications for 2 reasons:

 - Allow gamers to find a reason of confusion, when some animations works differently than expected.

 - Allow mod authors to find mistakes they did.

 

As a gamer, you can safely ignore duplication when warning text does not contain text "And declarations are different in ..."

An example, that safe to ignore:

But you may get confused when duplication warning text contains text "And declarations are different in ..."

Like that:

You can fix this situation manually, by altering XML files. But you need to have a clear understanding of AAF XML files format and how AAF uses these files. 

There is no single "fix" available. There are many possible solutions... correct and incorrect ones %)

just editing it at the moment. i tidying up these xml files etc certain mods add them i delete them to remove out of my animation choices. i didnt have much luck install the 4.81 microsoft dot net maybe its that. i will see what dot net i do have installed

 

i am on windows 10 64bit have .net runtime 5.0.12 (x64) and .net sdk 7.0.12 (x64) if that helps i even tried to run as administrator and it comes up alright and set directory that scan and its gone

These two are not the dependencies for this tool. This tool needs .NET Framework, not .NET (former .NET Core) - they are different products, even if names are similar.

 

But anyway, if you are able to see app UI, then most likely you have all necessary dependencies installed.

It seems that app crashes on attempt to read/analyze XML files, so this is the reason why I've requested XML files. I need to reproduce the issue on my side.

You can zip and PM them to me, if you do not want to publish them.

okay it was because i didnt have the .net installed and it was weird it tried to install to my external hard drive. anyway i had a windows update and restart and it allowed me to install  it. i can confirm it runs via profile if you set it up and unpack as is in vortex with the correct shortcut. now i am going to run it now. love your work.  thankyou

so weird its like its stopped again and the disappear is happening again. i did edit one .xml file in notepad it was missing the " on the word start and now i saved it and your mod wont scan anymore. i did the install of the .net again and restarted pc and its the same i have no idea why.

 

should i try the .net version 8 i see available

okay i am starting again like a new set up and simple and build it up. like really simple basics to get started

okay i have started a total fresh build and its running great only have savage animations pack installed and i get my first error its from the UAP 

 

D:\STEAM GAMES\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\AAF\Theme_SexAnimations_morphSetData.xml
    'value' is a duplicate attribute name. Line 95, position 24.

It depends on goals you want to achieve. Most simple option - remove erroneous entries. But it might not meet the goals you want to achieve.

You should have zipped the AAF folder and uploaded it here (as requested). It's always a good thing to fix all potential crashes.
For the bugs, you need to fix them yourself by editing the xmls.

its okay it was a mess and its nice to start fresh and utilise the program and have a clean aaf i have done a total fresh set up.  just aaf and savage etc. the tool is great identifies the mess i had before

At least that's what it looks like in similar cases in the same file.

 

Typical carelessness when copy-pasting.

And in general, this tool showed me how negligent modders are with their code. If such easily detectable bugs in simple .xml have been around for years(!!!!), what can be said about how shitty code is in, for example, scripts? I'm horrified.
