Another Exception error

Been having it for a few months now, gave up on fixing it came back to try again and still don't know. I've removed all mod files so its just wicked whims(turbodrive thingy, script) as well as checking the integrity of the files and doing the fix command(which oddly enough makes the constant errors go away for like 5 seconds but then resume) within the sims game and they don't seem to work/have done anything. Using the latest sims 4 version and the latest wicked whims version and has been happening ever since wickedwhims version 169b(which was the last working version for me).  no acts work and lead to t posing sometimes and just locking the two sims in place but the actual errors that it shows me pop up infinitely and don't stop unless wicked whims is removed or I pause the game lol. feel free to respond when u got time for this mess ha.  files are uploaded for more info.

Can you screenshot the location of your Turbo Driver files? This sounds like your WW folder is too deep. 

 

The turbodriver files <Package and script> can't be more than 1 folder deep. So for example:

 

mods folder > the two turbodriver files right in the root.. 

or Mods folder / Whicked Whims <---- turbodriver files in that folder.

In the WW log there is this part:

Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\Joseb\\OneDrive\\Documents\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 4\\saves\\WickedWhimsMod\\animations_data_cache.ww'

 

Reinstall Sims 4 in normal drive on your computer so the Sims 4 folder is on your hard drive and remove OneDrive access to the folder. It might be bringing back old, delteted WW files and mess your game.

its just in: mods > wicked whims > turbodriver 

 

its only one file deep so I don't think that's it, unfortunately.

The turbodriver files are in the wicked whims folder? Or is there another folder called turbodriver?

the turbo files are in the WW folder lol there isn't another file called turbodriver.

Look up a couple of posts.. Mcromance listed a possible. Is your Sims game trying using your Cloud storage instead of a local drive?

I attempted your advice although not much changed except onedrive being removed from the file address.

@iuhyeah and what else did you do after reinstalling Sims? Did you copy saves, tray and mods back or started brand new game?

i just used a previous save file and just re-installed wicked whims again. so to answer your question I did the first thing you mentioned except using previous mods. Are you suggesting I do a hard reset on sims? i can if necessary.

I don't think it's needed. Just that in saves folder there is a WW settings folder, which can sometimes bug out too. So maybe try deleting it and allow WW to go back to 'default' and then try again.
