Error "SKI_ConfigBase.psc" Line 289

I'm having crashes on game load and I cannot figure out why. The last lines of the log says:

Edit: Or if for some reason you only want to fix the papyrus error (which has nothing to do with the crash) then upload your SKI_ConfigBase.psc file and I'll see what can be done about it.
