Is there no mode for Sims 4 dancers to prostitute themselves automatically?
There is no prostitution. Someone please make it.

If you have Nisa's Wicked Perversions, all you need to do is make the dancers prostitutes (I think there is a cheat command to select specific dancers) and make your strip club an Escort Call Center using lot traits. 

 

Every dancer you make a whore will take clients during their shift, and as the lot owner, you get a cut of all their profits.
