Looking for this Armor

On the other site, someone posted a translation of a mod, and in one of the screenshots has a picture of armor I can't recognize, and I'm having trouble finding it by searching around. It doesn't help that its just of a back shot, but still. Its been three days since I asked for help in the post section, and I'm not sure what the etiquette of DMing a mod author who hasn't checked (or has and won't respond) to their mod comments.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
