Racemenu Questions

Ello, kind of new to using Racemenu from ECE. And was wondering if I could get some help with some questions and technical stuff.

 

Is there a way to "transfer" a racemenu character to ECE for further editing? I finished creating the character on racemenu, made a save, rerun skyrim with racemenu deactivated and ECE activated, and got this message.

 

Clicking yes gives you a CME face from somewhere, but No gives you the racemenu preset without the sculpt, - I think. Is it not possible to edit a sculpted racemenu face with ECE?

 

Also... is there a neck down option on Racemenu? My neck is so long like a giraffe : /  (One of the reason why I want to use ECE to further edit).
