male/futa semen - salt water (not sure what it does)

 

cheese wheel - heavy food
cheese wedge, MilkpumpFeedingHunger - medium food 
Sweet Roll - light food

Over Milking Effects, Breast Enlarge Potion, Breast Reduce Potion - left untouched

I need your expert ideas regarding wtf I should do with lubricant, saliva, precum, ointment, Spriggan's Pleasure Juice, Miruvor, Nations' Friendship, Bitter Cup, Master's Mercy, Dirt Pie, Journey Inward, and so on

 

I leave them untouched for now.

ToH Sunhelm patch requires TroublesofHeroineSE.esp. However, ToH version 2.7.3 uses troublesofheroine.esp instead.

I made the patch using merged version for SE. If you want to use original version, you will need to change master through xEdit.
