Hey everyone,

Most of you people heard of carry's silmeria becoming a follower mod. If people don't know then here's a link. Apparently all the sites I found were all chinese.

http://dl.3dmgame.com/201306/34289.html

or this site since most of us here probably use this site even though its in japanese

Ok here's the thing. I followed this guide:

http://j-u-i-c-e.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-Your-Skyrim-Character-Look-Like-Any-Character-in-the-Game#

Which I actually found from this site from this thread

http://www.loverslab.com/topic/15615-question-companion-model-from-a-mod-into-player-modelpreset/

Followed the exact methods including fasttestdoginthetown's small tips but it came out completeeeeeeely different. Surprisingly it actually looks ok as well but it isn't what I was aiming for.

To download the follower, click on the giant green button and select one of the hosts like "baidu".

Skyrim MODTYPE

Maybe some1 take a look in the mod's files and find out why or something? I am clueless when it comes to mod editting etc.

Thanks all.

PS: Also on the screenshots, is she using CoTS race? Can't be Lovergirl race because it was actually inspired by this character and the body is larger and also... HOW THE HELL YOU GET THOSE SMALL LIPS? No one seems to know, even the Lovergirl race's creator.

I've been trying to do something like this, but somehow while exporting PC face to NPC is relatively easy, importing NPC face to PC is hard as shit

Most notably, the game doesn't seem to regard sliders for NPC, it merely relies on FaceGenData, but for PC presets, it's an entirely different ball. Bonus points if the source uses ECE or something extra

You ever managed to get it right?

This days people export PC's head data as .nif and use it's shape info to create NPC's head. This way the resulting NPC will not require ECE/CME/Whatever else was installed when PC's head was made.

But the facegen data in NPC's record inside the .esp/.esm remains old(because noone cares about it), so you can't use template method to copy that NPC's looks to PC.
