Hi! My problem is that appliances such as TV, sink and shower break automatically with use. Anyone know what it could be or how to fix it? I use mods like Kinky and nraas.

Not an expert, but do they break right after repairing and do they still break if you upgrade them to unbreakable? I remember way back when people would have this issue with the base game.

It is normal game behavior for items to occasionally break. Sims with the Handiness skill can repair them. With a high enough Handiness skill, sims can upgrade items to be unbreakable. If you have the NRaas Debugger mod, you can use that to add the unbreakable upgrade to items for free.
