Nisas_Last_Exception.txt I even deleted the Localthumbnail file. I'm not sure what's happening but this all pops up just when the 'doll' is to return back home which they don't.

"dictionary changed size during iteration" means generally a very bad code practice (you cannot add or remove element of a list while reading it). I think it's a mod bug and you can do nothing but waiting for a fix.
