Open the collar mesh in nifskope, click on the collar's TriShape, click on BSLightingShaderProperty, you should now have BSShaderTextureSet open. Set the texture paths to use whatever texture you want. The order of the texture fields in nifskope is 1:diffuse, 2:normalmap, 3:, 4:, 5:cubemap, 6:environmentmap.
