HOTC Lite - Standalone Clothing Replacer

HOTC Lite - Standalone Clothing Replacer

View File

A clothing replacer for Hookers of the Commonwealth Lite - Standalone.

This mods does a few things:

1.) It allows you to use the clothes from Easygirl Outfits with your body slide/body gen. (replaces the prebuilt clothing from HOTC, so you can use FG/CBBE.)

2.) It adds different clothing to npcs depending on what location they spawn in. (Exclusive outfits for Dugout Inn, Colonial Tap House, Third Rail, Hotel Rexford.)

3.) it adds new clothing for the npc's.

Notes:

Not all clothing pieces added from each mod, just those that I thought fit. They are filled by leveled list, but they should not be any overlaps. Occasionally some npc's won't equip the clothing they are given in inventory. Seems to be from the leveled tops. Not sure why, so some hookers might rarely be topless. Exclusive outfits seem fine.

This could probably with other HOTC editions if you use my leveled list and Wyrebash to replace appropriate the master. And if you want to add new clothes you can look at the leveled list and probably figure it out.

Full requirements see post:

Clothing added from the following mods:

FrenchMaidFO4-CBBE.esl by Derpsdale Nexus

Venus_Nine_FG.esp by kharneth LL

Stylish_Bloomer_FG.esp by kharneth LL

Crimson_Punk_Outfit.esp by kharneth LL

VtawWardrobe5.esp by vtaw Nexus

VtawWardrobe6.esp by vtaw Nexus

VtawWardrobe7.esp by vtaw Nexus

HN66Fo4_EasyGirl_BS.esp by humannature66 Nexus

HN66Fo4_TRS.esp by humannature66 Nexus

DX_Pornstar_Fashion.esp by deserterx dianka33 Nexus

Note: I do not know an (easy way) to make the level list pull all the various material swaps from vtaw and DX pornstar fashion. So don't expect to see material swap variety for the various pieces. This also should be safe for anyone not using all the various material swaps from vtaw I think. But if you see purple clothing you know why.

Thanks for sharing this! It's a compelling option, possibly enough for me to drop FCR and switch to the standalone HoTC, (though not the only reason, I've also been eyeballing AAF HoTC Sex Scenes which similarly supports only the standalone one).

Just to make sure I understand, because this mod only seems to include a patch plugin... the expectation is that users download the 10 different clothing packs listed (along with separate FG BodySlide conversions in most cases), install and build those in BS in their entirety? Also, your "requirements" list seems to be a bunch of plugin names, not actual mods nor hyperlinks to them.

Edit: Another helpful addition would be to add a SliderGroup covering just the SliderSets for the items your patch needs, so that users who are only installing all those clothing packs for use with your replacer can just batch build that group without having to find and build everything separately for all 10 of the requirements.

No assets included. ZERO.

One can load dummy plugins and remove any plugins they don't use with Xedit, then clean the masters if they don't want to use all of them. If people have them all, they have them all. If the don't there is Xedit. This doesn't inherently require any bodyslide files, it will make use of them and that namely applies to the Easygirl clothing replacement instead of using the prebuilts bodies that come with HOTC.

No I did not list individual hyper links. Those requirements are the esp/esl names for each mod and can be found with a search engine.

This can be made to work with the other editions of HOTC with Xedit, changing masters to not point from the Lite edition and making sure the npcs draw from this mods leveled list instead. I'm not making multiple versions for each edition of HOTC, but it can be done easy enough if someone uses the other editions and wants to use this.

Each of those mods should have their own slider groups for batch building in bodyslide made by their MA. If someone is using those mods solely for this mod that onus is them. Spoons are for nexus.

I understand. I'm going to be putting together the list of hyperlinks and reverse-engineering the items list from your plugin to create a SliderGroup covering it anyway, since I personally need those things (I don't yet have any of your dependencies installed so do need to look them all up, and will only be building the outfits your patch needs since I don't intend to use those for anything else), but if you'd rather I not reply with the actual mod names/links and group file I certainly respect that.

Thanks again!

You are free to do/post that.

I do not know if an issue would arise from creating a slider group if the bodyslide files are named differently depending on whose bodyslide conversion is used and how they exported their file names. At worst it would just require using the same bodyslide conversion.

Concerning bodyslides:

French Maid only the non short skirt is not used.

Stylish Bloomer all are used.

Crimson Punk all are used.

Venus Nine all are used.

TRS & Eazygirl most of everything is used.

Pornstar Fashion should be everything.

Vtaw is contained with the various Easygirl formlist, TRS are exclusively in their own.

Used clothing from Vtaw were various tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, pubic hair, piercings, jewelry, shoes off the top of my head.

Cool, I've got a new profile going with HoTC Standalone now (I enjoyed the other mods, but dropping Project Valkyrie/Depravity/Fusion City Rising frees me up to run some other things that conflict with them and to clean out a bunch of patches as well). Hopefully this weekend I'll find time to catalog the clothing mods and associated FG conversions.

Yes, it would necessarily assume specific conversions. Thankfully in most cases there's only one conversion, or at least a fairly obviously preferred one.

Thanks! That information will certainly speed this up.

Assuming ZeX Skeleton, Fusion Girl body, High Heels System, and BodySlide/Outfit Studio are already installed, here's the links for the 24 outfit and conversion downloads with relevant installation notes (be prepared for tens of gigabytes and 6 new non-light plugins):

I selected the following 11 groups in BodySlide and batch built with morphs:

  • Crimson Punk FG
  • DX Pornstar Fashion FG (install attachment so you'll have this)
  • Easy Girl FG
  • French Maid FG
  • Stylish Bloomer FG
  • TRS_Outfits_FG
  • Venus Nine FG
  • Vtaw Wardrobe 5 FG
  • Vtaw Wardrobe 6 FG
  • Vtaw Wardrobe 6 SBOutfits Mashups FG
  • Vtaw Wardrobe 7 FG

DX Pornstar Fashion FG SliderGroup.7z

So I can't do this with CBBE? Or do I just only download the required mods that are for CBBE?

I would think this should also be doable for CBBE (the file page says it can be used for both FG and CBBE). You'll just need to work out where to find the CBBE conversions for any of the listed clothing mods which don't come with their own, similar to what I did for finding the FG conversion links. You may have a bit of trouble finding the conversions for the Venus Nine Baseball Uniform, Stylish Bloomer and Crimson Punk sets since the FG ones I linked are direct ports with the original meshes, but hopefully searching for the names of the sets mentioned in the credits on their file pages will turn up something usable.

There are were CBBE conversions for those mods on the Nexus IIRC. Provided they weren't taken down.

Edit: Looks like the Venus Nine, Stylish Bloomer & Crimson Punk conversions were taken down at some point.

Regardless you can just edit away those dependencies in the leveled list in FO4edit.

Time to get to work.

Thanks! :D
