destorted bodies and "remove rigs"?

After the latest update (the one with the accidental incest etc), I have issues with the mods, I've tried reinstalling, re-adding and removing things. Nothing helps.

When I start the game WW tells me to remove files with Animation rigs, since there cannot be more than one, if I understood it right.  I did this, and still my sims butts and genitals are distorted, gone or pointy. I don't know what to do to fix this, since I've done what I can, from what I know. I've followed instructions on the WW site that the pop-up in game tells me to follow, I've also tried to google my issue, but I'm assuming since the issue is so fresh I haven't found anything to solve this.

Are modders aware of this and/or doing something about it or am I doing something wrong?

Please help.
