help with my FTM sim

Hello.

I'm currently on a legacy gameplay where one of my kids I decided to explore his gender and he's a trans boy. He is currently in his teens, and I wanted to start making the change little by little until the moment he reaches young adult with his complete transition, but the problem is that Wicked is not allowing me to use the strapon.

Let me explain.
I initially kept him as a female sim, however as in the storyline he was already on testosterone, I wanted to get some beard in and have the top surgery done.

But obviously it's not possible to make the chest completely flat like a male sim (I see the mod that let female sims with the flat top and I'll test it soon!) However my real problem is that i had to change the sim to masculine to have the appearance I wanted. Im already attribute "this sim has a vagina", and so far so good, I fixed the gender designation and the sexual recognition, as masculine and I wanted to use the strapon, and so far everything was fine.  I tested it with a jerk off on the bed and was fine but then he just apper with a shorts? i think was just a bug like the many other since the high school pack came out and then i just decidie to ignore and keep playing but when I put it on for him to have sex with his girlfriend, simply in place of the strapon, a bathing shorts appeared, and so I decided try to turn off and turn on back again, but the shorts always came back, every fucking time, no matter what I do, the sim is not wearing the strapon, I turn off and he turns into a barbie doll, turn on and he has a short. Has anyone gone through something similar that could help me or have any idea how I might be able to fix this??
