SoS Schlongs of skyrim visual bug

i dont know what but it started making the dick head really small and pointy. it work fine earlier.

im having a similar problem where my character and only my characters twig is messed up its like it looks fine at the base but like 2 cm down it jus gets rlly rlly big and wide and it does not look good in scenes his berries are fine and every single npc is fine its just my character ive changed evry single thing changeable jus for nothing to happen
